• All payments must be made in advance.
• We will only begin working on your project after payment confirmation.
• Your monthly payment is required to keep your website live and active.

4. No Refund Policy

To keep our prices affordable and our process fast, all payments are strictly non-refundable once work has started. This applies to both the initial setup fee and your monthly subscription payments. Please review our demos and plans carefully before paying.

5. Subscription & Renewal

An active monthly plan is required to cover hosting and maintenance. If your monthly payment is delayed or missed, we may pause or permanently stop your service until the balance is cleared.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth launch, you (the client) must:

• Provide correct and truthful content, contact details, and business information.
• Share your images, branding, and text with us on time.
• Review and approve our completed work without unnecessary delay.

7. Revisions & Changes

We want you to be happy with your page. Your plan includes a limited number of standard updates per month. However, major structural changes, total redesigns, or advanced custom features are not included and will be charged separately.

8. Delivery Time

We strive for speed. Your website will generally be delivered within 1 to 3 business days after we receive your full payment and complete content. Delays may occur if the content you provide is missing or incomplete.

9. Usage Restrictions

You agree that you will not use our website or services for:

• Any illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Hosting harmful, offensive, or abusive content.
• Fraud, scams, or misleading purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

You maintain full ownership of the text, images, and logos you provide to us. However, LinkSmartHub retains the right to use the final website design, layout, and structure in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

11. Service Suspension

We hold the right to immediately suspend or permanently stop your service if payment is not made or if you violate any of the rules listed in these Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Downtime or interruptions caused by third-party hosting or software providers.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, no refunds will be given for unused time. Your website and service will simply continue running until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
