LinkSmartHub ("Company", "we", "us") is a **free recruitment consultancy** operating in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. We connect job seekers with verified employers in Voice & BPO, Sales & Field, Admin, Retail & Operations roles.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in India. By using our services you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Free Service for Candidates

Our placement assistance is **100% free** for all job seekers. We never charge any registration, processing, or placement fees from candidates.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information
• Submit only your own genuine resume and details
• Keep your contact information updated
• Respond promptly to our screening calls or messages

6. Consent to Communications

By submitting your details, you expressly consent to receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS and emails from LinkSmartHub and our partner employers for recruitment purposes. You can opt-out anytime by replying “STOP” or contacting us.

7. No Guarantee of Placement

We act only as a **facilitator**. We do **NOT** guarantee interviews, job offers, salary, location, or employment. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the employers. We are not liable if you are not selected.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to submit fake profiles, harass employers/candidates, misuse our platform, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violation may result in immediate removal and legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, design) is owned by LinkSmartHub. You may not copy, modify or use it without written permission.

10. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkSmartHub shall **not** be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or any employment outcome.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LinkSmartHub harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu.
